For two separate churches, Centerpoint Community Church (1,200 people in worship on Sundays), and Christ Church (350-500 people in worship on Sundays), I took them from no Social Media Presence to very active social media accounts on several platforms. Those platforms between the two included, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and Vimeo. I also helped develop the philosophy for how those accounts would be used (for Centerpoint from 2010-2017, and for Christ Church 2018 - ).
Above is an example of a Leadership Retreat I lead over a half-day period with the leaders of Christ Church. This retreat included a 60 slide Power Point with six group breakout projects (3 that were Small Group Discussion Oriented and 3 that were a group exercise in ranking values and characteristics of the church). The audience for this Leadership Retreat was the Session of the church, later I shared a 15 slide version with the Diaconate team, and then a five slide summary within the Annual Congregation Meeting.

As part of my oversight of the College Ministry at Centerpoint I supervised the College Worship Director. In an effort to further increase the quality of their worship experience I spent some time developing 30 different custom Worship Still sets for Pro Presenter. Above are three sample slides, you can view more by at my Blogsite by clicking the phrase "Worship Media Design Project."
In 2012 I took over leading the Adult Education Ministry at Centerpoint, and redesigned the philosophy of that ministry in a few short years it went from 6-8 classes a year to 20-30 classes a year with two annual Seminar's and an annual Best Practices Training. To see the redesigned philosophy of this ministry click the phrase "Adult Education Philosophy."
I developed a large curriculum planning resource for discipleship in churches. My goal was to create six core classes with break-off electives for churches that were reaching a more mobile congregation. Click the phrase "Vintage Faith" to download a PDF of this curriculum approach.
I developed a few Small Group Study Guides based off of Lesslie Newbigin’s works that are available online for free at www.newbigin.net. Leslie Newbigin was the Father of the Missional Church and one of the most influential missiologist of the twentieth century.
I booked, organized, and hosted all of these concerts. Each Concert had 160-240 in attendance, with at least half of the audience being outside guests.
I helped Centerpoint Community Church move through an entire rebranding. The left image was the old name and logo design, the right image was the new name and logo design. I was not present for the name change discussions, but myself with one other Elder guided the interview processes for a designer and also guided the design process.
I helped Christ Presbyterian Church rebrand themselves by leading a three person team who worked with an outside professional designer. We incorporated the Session and the Staff in a three-month process of questions, moving from six new design choices to the one above. Our goal was to find a design that was traditional, modern, and friendly. I also helped take the key leadership teams through an entire website redesign, moving them from ShareFaith to Cloversites with the work of a professional designer.
I redesigned the look and feel of Adult Education at Centerpoint Community Church. The old design was used by the church for over seven years.
